Where does the training take place?

Fortnately we have been blessed to have multiple relationships with fitness centers around the Southeast and Northeast so wherever you are located most likely we have a facility in the near by area.

Are We professional health coaches?

Yes. Our trainers, massage therapist, and dieticians have studied and completed their required courses at college, obtained certifications that accomadate our training style and also worked for many years in different fitness and wellness environments. Why should I spend money on a personal trainer?

Our main purpose is to motivate you and develop a customized training program that corresponds to your requirements, problems and goals. In addition, We are also your advisor. We can detect when your posture is not quite right or when you are putting too much pressure on the wrong muscles. We can recommend running shoes or the right exercise to do to fix the problem. We can transform your body into the look that only others dream of. You take the Time and We make the time to get you the Results that you are investing in.

How often should I train with you?

That is entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have and how committed you are. Usually, We train with Our clients two to three times a week and we occassionally have those fitness addicts who come train with us at least 5 times a week as well.
